Therefore, it is possible that you may receive communications scheduled prior to our receipt of your withdrawal of consent.

We are a United States business and the Services are operated in the United States.  Your personal information will be stored and processed on servers in the United States and other countries, and those countries may not provide the same level of data protection as the laws in your country.  We will treat your personal information in accordance with applicable United States federal and state law and this Privacy Policy.

Flash Egress may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice to you.  We recommend that you visit our website regularly to keep up to date with any changes.  The date this Privacy Policy was last updated is at the bottom of this page.  

Children’s privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18.  If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, please contact us using any of the below methods so that we can delete that child’s information.
